Kawader Alomran executed an extensive overhaul and rehabilitation project for the central pharmaceutical logistics warehouses of Lemon Pharmacies in Riyadh, aligning operations with the rigorous cold-chain standards of global pharmaceutical supply chains.
Works involved pouring high-tolerance, load-resistant laser-screed concrete floors with industrial polyurethane coatings, installing thermal and humidity sandwich panel wall partitions compliant with SFDA (Saudi Food and Drug Authority) regulations, and deploying specialized HVAC and fire-suppression networks.
