Project Overview
Kawader Alomran undertook complete structural and architectural maintenance and rehabilitation works for the Jood Center building in Riyadh, significantly raising its operational reliability and ensuring strict compliance with occupational safety and civil defense standards.
Works included treating structural concrete and surface hairline cracks, repainting and modernizing external facades, retrofitting plumbing and energy-efficient LED lighting fixtures, and revamping reception lobbies and public entrance corridors to establish a contemporary commercial environment.
