Project Overview

Kawader Alomran executed the comprehensive corporate fit-out and engineering modernization of the headquarters for Initial Saudi Group in Riyadh, crafting a vibrant and highly productive administrative environment.

The scope of works included installing acoustic glass demountable office partitions, high-grade gypsum board acoustic ceilings with recessed architectural LED lines, commercial carpet and luxury vinyl tile (LVT) flooring, central HVAC balancing, and smart structured low-current and power distribution networks.
