Project Overview
Almas Plaza is a premier commercial and retail destination located on Prince Muhammad bin Abdulaziz Road (Tahlia St.) in Riyadh. Kawader Alomran undertook the full-scale development and architectural facelift of the complex to transform its external identity and boost its commercial prominence.
The scope of work encompassed advanced architectural facade claddings using thermal and weather-resistant aluminum composite panels, modern structural glazing (Curtain Walls), high-efficiency LED architectural illumination, and interior renovations for retail spaces and common walkways in full compliance with the Saudi Building Code.
